We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right, please let us know.

In the unlikely event that something you ordered from www.posha.com is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you ordered in size or style, you may return the product as we offer free returns.

Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it, along with the original invoice, and preferably in its original packaging with price tags intact.

We accept returns of products within 7 days from the date your order was delivered. However, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Refund Policy

A refund is offered only on merchandise sold at the maximum retail price, without any discount.

Merchandise bought at a discount is considered a final sale and is not eligible for refund or exchange.

Special Refund Cases

In special cases, a refund may be provided irrespective of discount when:

  • The order is cancelled prior to dispatch due to unavailability.

  • The product is returned due to a quality defect or damage during transit.

The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days.
You may be required to provide your bank or payment details to process the refund.

Online Credit Coupon

An online credit coupon (credit note) may be issued in lieu of a return or exchange on www.posha.com.

  • Valid for 6 months

  • Can be used on a single purchase

  • Cart value must be equal to or higher than the coupon value

  • Any excess amount must be paid by the customer

Please apply the coupon code at checkout to avail the discount.

International Returns

We do not offer exchanges on international orders.

If any international order is received in damaged or defective condition, please contact us at support@posha.com within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.

Refunds on international orders do not include duties, taxes, or tariffs paid by the customer.

The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric, and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to be relaxed-fit, while others are more fitted. Please refer to our size guide before ordering.

Product Properties & Wash Care

All Posha by Riddhi Siddhi products are handcrafted using fine natural fibres.
Subtle variations in colour, texture, and finish are intrinsic to handmade products.

Our products may involve hand spinning, dyeing, weaving, woodblock printing, and embroidery.

We use both vegetable and commercial dyes while striving to reduce environmental impact.
Irregularities in weave or print are not defects and are part of the uniqueness of handcrafted products.

Colours

We try our best to display product colours accurately. However, actual colours may vary depending on your device and screen settings.

  • Colour variation is natural

  • Reds and blues may run

  • Wash similar colours together

  • Dry inside out in shade

  • Silk garments must be dry-cleaned only
